Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, shredded
1 cup buffalo sauce
8 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp Snider’s Cajun Seasoning
½ cup ranch dressing
½ cup colby jack shredded cheese
24 Hawaiian rolls
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp Snider’s Garlic Pepper Seasoning
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly coat a casserole dish with baking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, Snider’s Cajun Seasoning, ranch dressing, and shredded Colby Jack cheese. Stir until well combined.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, and evenly spread the chicken mixture over the bottom halves. Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with Snider’s Garlic Pepper Seasoning. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the sliders are warmed through and the cheese is melted.
