INGREDIENTS
2-3 lb chuck roast
4 tbsp Snider's Prime Rib & Roast Seasoning, divided
1.5 lb little yellow potatoes, halved
2 cups baby carrots
½ large onion, diced
1 packet onion soup mix
¼ cup beef broth
¼ cup water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Season each side of your chuck roast with 1 tbsp of Snider’s Prime Rib & Roast then place in crock pot
- Add water, beef broth and onion soup mix around chuck roast
- Cook on low for 5 hours
- Add potatoes, onion and carrots around roast and season with the additional 2 tbsp of Snider’s Prime Rib & Roast
- Let cook for an additional two hours then shred the beef and enjoy!
