An "FSR" is a "Field Service Representative," a.k.a. "Service Tech" for KASCO. Every day they suit up, restock their vans, and head out to see customers in their area.
On a typical day, FSRs will visit preventative maintenance customers, as well as get new service calls. Plus, they scope out new customers along the way.
What makes for a great FSR?
- Someone that likes being in the driver seat, literally! FSRs are responsible for covering lots of miles between customers.
- An anti-desk hero. FSRs are either in their vans, servicing food equipment, or talking to customers.
- Technical aptitude. FSRs like to drink coffee and fix things.
- The lone wolf. FSRs can run their own show. Sure, they check in when needed, but they work well on their own.
Being an FSR is not just a job; it's a lifestyle that requires a unique blend of independence, technical know-how, and a passion for customer service. Whether they're on the road, working a machine, or talking to customers, FSRs embody the spirit of problem solvers and adventurers.
So here's to the unsung heroes behind the scenes, the ones who keep our equipment running smoothly and our customers satisfied. Cheers to the Field Service Representatives, the true champions of the road!
