INGREDIENTS
2 large chicken breasts, diced
2 tbsp Snider’s Garlic Pepper Seasoning, divided
1 tbsp olive oil
2 bell peppers, cut in strips
½ yellow onion, cut in strips
2 cups broccoli
4 tbsp low sodium soy sauce, divided
2 tbsp paprika, divided
10 oz. instant brown or white rice
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl add chicken, 1 tbsp Snider’s Garlic Pepper Seasoning, 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp paprika. Stir well to combine.
- In a large skillet over medium heat add olive oil and chicken
- Cook about 4 minutes on both sides or until chicken is cooked through, set chicken to the side
- Add your onion and pepper to a bowl and mix with remaining Snider’s Garlic Pepper Seasoning, soy sauce and paprika
- Add onion and pepper to the skillet your chicken had been in and cook for about 3 minutes before adding broccoli
- Continue cooking all vegetables for an additional 3 minutes
- Add back in chicken and then add rice as well to let warm
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
