Ingredients
2 mangos, diced
½ red pepper, diced
1 avocado, diced
2 tbsp red onion, diced
2 tbsp cilantro, diced
1 tbsp Snider’s Ancho Chili Seasoning
1 lime, cut in half
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl besides lime
- Squeeze the two halves of the lime over the other ingredients
- Mix well and enjoy with tortilla chips
