INGREDIENTS
1 ½ lbs stew meat
2 tbsp Snider’s Steak Seasoning
2 10.5 oz cans golden mushrooms soup
2 tbsp dried onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 oz sliced baby bella mushrooms
1 14.5 oz can beef broth
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add stew meat, Snider’s Steak Seasoning, golden mushroom soup, dried onion, mushrooms, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and beef broth to the crockpot. Cook on high for four hours.
- After four hours, add 1 cup of sour cream to your crock pot and turn it to low.
- Bring a medium sized pot to a boil, add egg noodles and cook until done.
- Add noodles to the crockpot and let cook for an additional 15 minutes.
