INGREDIENTS
4 boneless pork chops
2 tbsp Snider’s BAR-B-Q Spice
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
vegetable oil spray

INSTRUCTIONS
- Make rub: combine all spices in a small bowl.
- Coat the chops with the rub, let sit in the fridge 1-6 hours.
- Preheat grill to 325-350° F.
- Remove chops from fridge, let them come to room temp, about 20-30 min.
- Spray pork chops with oil and grill for about 20 minutes turning chops on each side twice.
