INGREDIENTS
3-4 salmon filets
2 cups broccoli florets
1 medium red onion, cut into 1” slices
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Snider’s Zesty Lemon Pepper
1 lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Toss all ingredients except lemon together, mix well to coat.
- Place salmon filets on baking sheet, arrange veggies in with the salmon.
- Squeeze half the lemon over the salmon & veggies. Place lemon slices on salmon.
- Bake for 12 minutes, then switch to broil and cool another 3 minutes.
