INGREDIENTS
1 (4 lb) prime rib roast
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp  Snider’s Prime Rib & Roast Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS
- Take prime rib out of the fridge and bring to room temperature, 2-4 hours.
- Preheat oven to 500° F.
- Coat all sides of the roast with olive oil and seasoning.Â
- Roast in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Turn the oven off, let it sit in the oven for 2 hours with the door closed.
- Remove from oven, slice and serve.
