INGREDIENTS

12 hard-boiled eggs peeled & halved
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Snider’s Cajun Seasoning
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp hot sauce
1/4 cup sweet relish

INSTRUCTIONS

• Remove yolks and mash with mayo, Dijon, sweet relish, hot sauce and Snider’s Cajun Seasoning.
• Place filling in a large plastic zip top bag, cut the corner and pipe into the boiled egg white halves.
• Garnish with additional Snider’s Cajun Seasoning
• Refrigerate and serve cold.
