INGREDIENTS
12 hard-boiled eggs peeled & halved
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Snider’s Cajun Seasoning
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2Â tsp hot sauce
1/4Â cup sweet relish

INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove yolks and mash with mayo, Dijon, sweet relish, hot sauce and Snider’s Cajun Seasoning.
- Place filling in a large plastic zip top bag, cut the corner and pipe into the boiled egg white halves.
- Garnish with additional Snider’s Cajun Seasoning
- Refrigerate and serve cold.
