Snider’s Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ cup Italian breadcrumbs
¼ cup plain breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated Paremsan cheese
1 tbsp Snider’s Prime Rib & Roast Seasoning
2 large egg whites
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup marinara

Method

  • Preheat your oven to 400 °F and lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Slice each chicken breast in half lengthwise. If needed, pound the pieces to achieve a ½ inch thickness. Set aside.
  • In a wide, shallow bowl, combine Italian breadcrumbs, plain breadcrumbs, parmesan and Snider’s Prime Rib & Roast Seasoning.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg whites.
  • Separately, dip each piece of chicken into the egg whites, then the breadcrumbs. Gently pat the chicken so the crumbs stick to all sides.
  • Place the chicken on the baking sheet and coat the top with additional cooking spray.
  • Bake for 20 minutes and then remove from the oven.
  • Add marinara and mozzarella evenly to top of chicken and return to oven for an additional 5 minutes
  • Serve immediately with your favorite red pasta!
