INGREDIENTS
3 poblano peppers, cut in half lengthwise
8 oz package of cream cheese
8 slices of cooked bacon, diced
2 tbsp Snider’s Steak Seasoning, ground
1 ½ cups colby jack shredded, divided
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine cream cheese, bacon, Snider’s Steak Seasoning and ¾ cup of cheese.
- Fill your 6 pepper halves with the mixture and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Cook in the air fryer at 375 for 5-7 minutes and enjoy!
